We Rock Care provides supportive, sensory-friendly care for children ages 3 and older. Whether you need time for an appointment, work, siblings, errands, or yourself, your child can enjoy meaningful play and attentive support in our inclusive gym.
Children of all abilities are welcome.
OUR CARE OPTIONS
Break Time Care
Break Time Care gives parents and caregivers a well-deserved break while their child plays, moves, explores, and enjoys our sensory-friendly gym.
This option is appropriate for children who can participate safely within our standard staffing structure and do not require continuous individual supervision.
Respite Care & One-to-One Attendant Care
Respite Care provides an enhanced level of support for children with unique abilities who may have additional behavioral, communication, sensory, personal-care, or safety needs.
The appropriate level of support is determined after reviewing the information submitted during booking.
One-to-One Attendant Care may be required when a child needs continuous individual supervision because of elopement, behavioral, communication, or other safety concerns.
Dedicated one-to-one support must be reviewed and approved in advance and is subject to appropriate staff availability.
Pricing
- Break Time Care is $30 per hour, per child.
- Dedicated One-to-One Attendant Care is $45 per hour, per child.
- A minimum of 2 hours applies to each child.
- We Rock Care is offered by the hour. We do not offer care packages.
- The appropriate level of care is determined after reviewing the information submitted during booking. One-to-One Attendant Care must be approved in advance and is subject to appropriate staff availability.
Before Booking
- All We Rock Care reservations must be completed at least seven days in advance to allow time for intake review and appropriate staffing. Booking seven days in advance does not guarantee availability. All reservations remain subject to review and staff availability.
- To help us prepare for a safe and positive experience, all health, contact, care, and acknowledgement forms must be completed online during booking for each participating child.
- Families may include up to three children in one booking. Information must be completed separately for each child.
- Submission and payment do not guarantee that we can accommodate every care need. Reservations are subject to review, appropriate staffing, and availability. We may contact the family if additional information is needed before care can be confirmed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We Rock Care is available for children ages 3 and older.
- Children must be fully toilet trained.
- A current WRTS participation waiver is required for every child.
- Children must wear grip socks while in the gym.
- Parents and guardians must remain reachable throughout the reserved care period.
- Only authorized adults may pick up a child. Photo identification may be required.
- Families must provide any approved snacks, drinks, communication devices, personal items, or support equipment their child needs.
- Available dates, times, locations, and care levels depend on staffing.
- We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym is not a licensed daycare facility.
- We Rock Care is not medical care, nursing care, behavioral therapy, or a substitute for services provided by a licensed professional.
Families receiving state-funded support should contact their program or case manager to determine whether they qualify for respite services or reimbursement. WRTS Boca Raton does not determine eligibility or guarantee reimbursement.
